How do I best care for my hijabs?
Care instructions may vary depending on the material, but we generally recommend washing our hijabs gently by hand or washing them in a laundry bag on a delicate cycle in the machine. Please always follow the specific care instructions on the hijab's label.
What sizes do you offer for your garments?

How do I track my order?

Can I make changes to my order, cancel it or change my delivery address afterwards?
Once your order has been placed and imported into our system, we can only make manual changes within a short time frame.

If an item is missing from my order, what can I do?

Shipment
How long does it take to ship my order?
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Normally, delivery times within Germany are 1-3 working days and internationally 5-10 working days.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping with DHL as standard. Express shipping is also available, but additional costs may apply.
Is there tracking for my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the delivery status of your order.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and total weight of your order. The exact costs will be shown to you during the ordering process.
Why can't I track my order?
After your order has left our warehouse, we ask for a little patience.
It may take up to 24-48 hours for the package to be scanned by the shipping service provider.
Sometimes tracking is only activated when the package arrives in your town or country. If your order has already exceeded the estimated delivery time, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to check the status of your package.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and bank transfer.
Will my payment be processed securely?
Yes, we attach great importance to the security of your payment information. Our website uses secure SSL encryption technology to protect your data.
What happens if the amount has already been debited but my order has been cancelled?
If the amount has already been debited from your account even though your order has been cancelled, this is a temporary reservation on your account. This amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 2-5 business days.
Returns
How long do I have to initiate a return?
You usually have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
Which items can be returned?
Generally, unworn and undamaged items can be returned in their original packaging. This includes gift wrapping and labels.
How does the return process work?
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, you can easily return your order and receive a full refund. We charge a small fee of 4.50 CHF for shipping the return.
Here's how to do it:
1. Please send us an email to request a return slip.
2. Pack the items securely in the shipping box, preferably in their original packaging.
3. Attach the return slip that you received by email in a clearly visible place on the package.
4. Drop off the package at a branch of your preferred delivery service.
It is important that you keep the receipt and tracking number until your refund is fully processed.
How long does it take to process my return?
We usually need up to 14 days from the time you return your items to process your return.
Once your return has reached our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method you used for your order. This process usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
If you sent your return package more than 3 days ago and have not yet received confirmation from us, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your refund as soon as possible. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How does exchanging an item work?
Due to inventory changes, we cannot guarantee that the requested exchange item will still be available once your return package reaches our warehouse.
For this reason, we do not currently offer a direct exchange option. However, you do have the option to return the item you do not wish to keep for a full refund. You can then place a new order for the item you want.
